What Is Musa Motel in Banana Eats?
Banana Eats Musa Motel packs two floors into the game’s smallest permanent map, making its landmarks worth learning before a chase starts. Your goal is to hide from Banana, complete puzzles, and escape when the exits open. Start by remembering the downstairs pool and the upstairs rooms numbered “23” and “24”—those room numbers also mark a possible cake puzzle location.
Originally called Banana's Motel, this map arrived on 5/3/2026, after its planned 5/2/2026 release was delayed for quality improvements. It became the twelfth map added to the game and its eleventh permanent map. The motel theme won a poll before becoming a playable location.
Banana is controlled by a player, and servers support up to 10 players. Survival earns coins, with over 500 playable skins available to unlock across the game. You can play on Desktop, Mobile, Xbox, and PlayStation 5, so the motel’s room numbers and recognizable scenery are useful landmarks regardless of your platform.

Learn the Two-Floor Layout
The motel contains several rooms, blocked doorways, a lower-floor pool, and a broken elevator shaft. Its small footprint still gives you two levels to keep track of.

Use these features to orient yourself:
- Pool: Use it as a landmark for the lower floor.
- Numbered rooms: Look for “23” and “24” when searching upstairs.
- Staircase: Remember its position while checking the downstairs cake location.
- Broken elevator shaft: Look here for a Valve Puzzle.
Check doorways before committing to a route. Some room entrances are blocked, so a visible door is not automatically a way through. During your early rounds, learn which rooms you can actually enter instead of relying on the motel’s appearance.
Keep track of your floor during a chase. If you lose your bearings, use the pool or numbered rooms to reorient yourself before searching for an unfinished puzzle.
Despite the shared “Musa” name, Musa Medcenter is a different map with a hospital setting, offices, beds, and filing containers. Use the motel’s pool and broken elevator shaft to distinguish the locations. The Medcenter’s curtain jumpscare and wall cipher belong to that hospital map; keep those separate from your motel puzzle search.
Where to Find the Cake Puzzle
The cake puzzle has two possible locations:

- Downstairs: Near a staircase.
- Upstairs: Next to the rooms labeled “23” and “24.”
Check the location on your current floor first. If the cake is absent, search the other listed spot instead of repeatedly circling the same area.
Upstairs, use the room numbers as your reference point. Downstairs, look near the staircase rather than assuming the pool marks the cake’s position. Keeping those landmarks separate makes the search more straightforward.
These are alternative spawn locations, so do not expect the cake puzzle at both spots in the same round.
Service Bells and Motel Details
Some rooms contain interactive service bells. These are separate from the puzzles, so keep your puzzle search focused on actual objectives.

The motel also includes arcade machines, paintings, and carnival-style scenery outside the playable building. Those features have counterparts elsewhere in the game: Banana's Bash Fun Center includes an arcade, Banana Manor has paintings, and Banana's Fairground uses a carnival setting.
The Fun Center combines its arcade with a kitchen and dining area. Banana Manor spreads its rooms across two floors, including a library, children’s playroom, and ritual room. The Fairground features tents, tables, banana plushies, merchandise, and balloons. These shared visual themes give the motel familiar touches while its pool, guest rooms, and broken elevator shaft establish its own setting.
Use the distinctive scenery to help remember rooms, but prioritize the staircase, pool, and numbered doors while navigating. Those landmarks give you concrete places to recognize when you need to find the cake puzzle or recover your bearings.
