What Do Beacons Do?
Banana Eats beacons warn you when Banana is nearby by glowing brighter on your character’s back. That warning matters while you’re concentrating on a puzzle or deciding whether to leave a hiding spot. Watch the glow so you can react before a close encounter becomes a chase.
The beacon is a proximity warning. Use it alongside your view of the surrounding hallways, hiding places, and escape routes rather than letting a puzzle hold all your attention.
- While solving puzzles: Watch for a brighter glow and prepare to move when Banana approaches.
- During a chase: Look for a vent or a route that gives you room to escape.
- After completing a puzzle: Stay alert. Puzzle completion produces a sound and a visible puzzle-piece icon that Banana can see, too.
Finishing an objective helps the survivors, but the completion signal can also draw attention to your location. Check your beacon before settling into another nearby task.
Recognize the Classic Beacon Styles
The 2021 lineup already included a wide mix of colored, food-themed, miniature-character, and seasonal designs. Those older styles give you plenty of names to recognize when exploring the game’s collection.

Colors and Sparkles
Classic options included blue, green, pink, cyan, orange, and purple variations. The sparkle designs added another set of colorful choices, including Green Sparkle, Pink Sparkle, Red Sparkle, Blue Sparkle, and Teal Sparkle.
Choose these styles around the color you enjoy wearing. A color preference is a reason to pick a design, without needing a tier list to make the decision for you.
Food, Everyday Objects, and Seasonal Designs
Food-themed designs were a substantial part of the older collection:
- Fruit and sweets: Apple, Golden Apple, Pineapple, Cupcake, and Sandwich Cookie.
- Snacks and breakfast: Pretzel, Waffles, and Roasted Marshmallow.
- Drinks and objects: Water Bottle, Milk, Ice Cube, and Mini Fridge.
- Seasonal themes: Candy Bucket, Candy Corn, Lucky Clover, and Snowball.
These are examples from the 2021 lineup, not a shopping checklist for the current season. For seasonal purchases, browse the collection offered during the event you’re playing.
Baby Beacon Packs and Prices
If you want miniature beacon designs, the game offers two separately named Baby Beacon packs:

- Baby Beacon (x3) Pack #1: 149 Robux for three exclusive Baby Beacon skins.
- Baby Beacon (x3) Pack #2: 149 Robux for three exclusive Baby Beacon skins.
Pay attention to the pack number before buying. Both have the same price and include three skins, so the numbered name is the useful distinction when selecting between them.
Keep beacon packs separate from Banana character packs while browsing. For example, the Ice Cream Banana pack contains Banana skins; the Baby Beacon packs specifically contain beacon skins.
Free Beacon Codes and Beacon-Palooza
Beacon additions have also arrived through updates and promotional rewards.

- BEACON-PALOOZA 2!, which ran July 5–19, 2025, introduced 21 new beacons.
- NEW SKINS!, which ran June 7–21, 2025, included the BOOM code for a free beacon.
- WICKED TOMATO, which ran May 23–June 7, 2025, included the KETCHUP code for a free beacon.
The VALENTINE'S COLLECTION, which ran February 8–March 8, 2025, also offered a free beacon alongside new and returning Valentine's Day skins.
The following codes belonged to those 2025 promotions:
| Code | Reward | Associated event |
|---|---|---|
| BOOM | Free Beacon | NEW SKINS! |
| KETCHUP | Free Beacon | WICKED TOMATO |
| BEACONS | Free Banana | BEACON-PALOOZA 2! |
Read the reward description before choosing a code: BEACONS awarded a Banana, despite its name. The KETCHUP promotion also explicitly made its beacon code temporary, while the Wicked Tomato item was permanent.
Check current event announcements for new rewards and deadlines. You can play Banana Eats on Roblox to explore the current collection.
